Wouldn't recommend this place takes forever and will schedule so many people at the same time. If your in a hurry this is not the place will take more than 2 hrs to get seen if not more. You can't eat or drink in here but you will be in here awhile.

This place is All about money. I needed a medical clearance done, I called ahead and presented my info to be wrongfully informed of the coverage they accept. Upon arrival I was told of the total cost for the clearance and ended up paying out of pocket for the clearance just to be informed the codes on the paperwork I submitted to them was so my insurance could pay for it. I called back to address this concern with management just for them to act as though they had no idea. There crooks don't go!!!!

I’m revising my previous rating based on a recent experience. I received a call from the clinic at 1:00 pm regarding a missed appointment that had been scheduled for 10:45 am that same day. I was informed that if I didn’t come in by 4:00 pm, I would be charged a $100 no-show fee. Unfortunately, I hadn’t received any 24-hour confirmation or reminder about the appointment, which would have been helpful. As someone who works full-time, it’s not always easy to leave work on such short notice to accommodate these last-minute calls. When I explained this, the staff member I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. I understand clinics have policies, but not an excuse to not be respectful. A simple reminder ahead of time could avoid these situations, and a little more understanding would go a long way for patients with busy schedules. I hope the clinic improves in these areas for a better patient experience.

Dr. Vadana has been my primary for 2 years now and I honestly love it. She’s nice and straightforward. She does see a lot of patients so you have to be knowledgeable of your data for a smooth and effective appt. If you want extra time with the Dr. Schedule an apt. Making/ canceling appts is so easy. and it’s really convenient they are open til 5 and take walk-ins. I feel taken care of and supported with this primary.

This was my second visit and have now see both Doctors and all I can say is that I was seen quickly by both of them and treated very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend both of them. As far as there staff (medical)..they are hard working the receptionist in the front where very nice and focus on getting me seen as soon as possible, they told me that is was going to be a two hour wait, that's to be expected since I came in at 11:40 am no appointment. I was there for an hour and 20 min. Impressive, Thank you Basin Care Family for just being there.
